The project consists of 15 two-storey townhouses and a group home, set across a block size of more than 4,000m² to help accommodate Morisset’s growing population.

Architecturally designed with a modern, standout façade, the development combines practical residential living with a fresh and distinctive street presence.

Newcastle Steel Frames & Trusses detailed, fabricated, supplied and installed the structural steel for the project, along with Superspan Floor Systems to support the build from the ground up.
